OGD, Azeez, Others Set For Ogun NUJ Political Debate

ALL IS NOW SET FOR THE OGUN NUJ Political Debate as the State Council  kickstarts the debate from Ogun East Senatorial District.

 This is made known in a release made available to journalists in Abeokuta today by the Chairman of Ogun NUJ Political Debate Committee, Comrade Biidun Alaba, member of OGTV Chapel.

The debate would debut at Millenium Hall situated at  Ijebu Ode Local Government Secretariat in Ijebu Ode on Thursday from 10am.

The live debate would feature candidates for the Senate and House of Representatives from seven political parties.

Candidates who have accepted to take part in the political debate organized by the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ogun State Council include the candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC), People's Democratic Party (PDP), Social Democratic Party (SDP), Labour Party (LP), Action Alliance (AA), African Democratic Congress and others.

Candidate for Ogun East Senatorial district and former governor of Ogun state, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, will square up with candidates from the other political parties.

Otunba Olugbenga Justus Daniel, APC Ogun East Senatorial District candidate would appear against the candidates of PDP, ADC, LP and AA have shown interest to participate in the Debate.

 The Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for Federal Ijebu Central Constituency, Adeola Azeez, Hon. Joseph Adegbesan, the APC candidate in the district and others  have also shown enthusiasm to use the NUJ political debate platform to reach tens of thousands of their potential electors in the Ogun East Senatorial District.

The NUJ political debate would be beamed live to outside audience by Lion FM and SMA FM radio stations situated in the district.

It would be streamed live on all the social media handles of the organisers.
