Chevron Consultant, Kola Oduntan Emerges As PDP's Ogun Central Senatorial Candidate

A CHIEFTAIN OF THE PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) and Chevron  Plc vonsultant, Mr. Kolawole Dada Oduntanv has been announced as the winner of the People’s Democratic Party primary election for Ogun Central Senatorial District.

According to the Returning officer, Mr. Semiu, Oduntan amassed a total of 173 votes while his two other opponents, Merssrs.Olufemi David  Jones and David Aderokun got five and one votes respectively from the delegates.

Though, Aderokun was absent from the primary election conducted at the Amphitheater of Green Legacy Resorts of Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta, 

The senatorial primary election was witnessed by the officials of Independent National  Electoral Commission, Ogun State and all security agencies.
