The initiative, known as the "Gateway Skills Programme", aims to equip participants with relevant technology skills to enhance their businesses and careers in the digital economy.
This was made available in Abeokuta on Friday by Mrs.Olayinka Ezema, the Information Officer Bureau of Information Technology otherwise known as OgunTech Hub.

Interested participants were encouraged to register for the programme, undergo training, certification, and access various opportunities to enhance their skills and businesses.
Co-Founder of GetFundedAfrica Technologies (GFAT), Mr. Adebowale Omololu, explained that the initiative was designed to support SMSEs and young graduates in Ogun State and provide them with resources to develop their careers in ICT and access finance and mentorship for business growth. He highlighted Ogun State's business-friendly environment as a reason for selecting it as the first beneficiary of the programme.
