GOVERNOR DAPO ABIODUN, while swearing in a new Head of Service said
Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun's legacy of excellence continues with the appointment of Mr. Kehinde Onasanya as the new Head of the Service.
Governor Abiodun commends Fagbohun's dedication to public service and entrusts Onasanya with upholding this proud tradition.
“By your appointment, you are now the standard bearer of the proud legacy as bequeathed by our forebears in the public service,” he added.
Onasanya, while appreciating the governor for deeming him fit and proper for the Office of the Head of Service, Ogun State, pledges to support the administration and improve the ethical standards of the civil service.
He urged the State workers to embrace the Ogun State Health Insurance Scheme and work together towards a better future.
Onasanya pledged to continuing to ensure discipline and improve the ethical standard of the service in tandem with the state government’s agenda to grow its internally generated revenue.
Meanwhile, Governor Abiodun approved the appointment of Mr. Kehinde Onasanya as the new Head of the Service on Monday, April 8 to takes over from Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun, who retired after a meritorious service.
Until his appointment, Mr. Onasanya was the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Political Affairs and Administration
